Mac -
1. You need to make sure that Zoom is open. To open Zoom, Click on the Launchpad icon in the Dock.
Then find the icon that looks like what is circled below, then click it.
Zoom should open and you should see the screen below.
2. In the menu bar, click on zoom.us. You should see a drop-down menu pop up. Once that pops up click on check for updates.
If you have an update it will look like this,
It will download the update, then the update button will change to install, click on it. ,
Then this window will pop up, click on continue.
Once you click on continue, the window will change to where you want to install, don't change it,
and then click on install. Then it will ask for your password. Then it will install and you will be all done!
Windows -
1. Open Zoom - Open the Start Menu
Scroll to the very bottom of the start menu and click on the Zoom folder then click on start Zoom.
2. On the bottom right side, you should see a half arrow pointing up. Click on it.
3. Once zoom is open right click on the zoom icon in that pop-up window.
Click on check for updates; if there are any it will look like this, it will then automatically start to download the updates.
After this, you either have to click on install or it will automatically start to install so this screen will show up. After it is finished you are all done!
